Brooklyn AYF Nationals follow up.

Unfortunately both teams lost 2 games.  Unfortunately I think I broke my finger thus making it extremely hard to grip my camera.

I will try to get some shots of the team receiving their participant medals.  No promises because my hand is still throbbing

Another day at AYF Nationals

Things are not looking good for the team.  Here are 2 pics from the day.

Brooklyn Tomahawks go to the AYF Nationals.

On Sunday The Brooklyn Tomahawks had 2 football teams compete in the AYF Nationals in Orlando Florida.

Unfortunately as a Coach with many responsibilities I left my camera in the Hotel room.  I did not take any pictures today.

Stay tuned for pictures from the rest of the weeks events.

Dec 7, 2009

Monday was a slow day.  There werent any games for either team.  We had an evening walk through in the Hotel Parking lot.

Evenings are no good in a hotel parking lot because we were interrupted by many guest parking their cars.

Allen Iverson

After 14 stellar years in the NBA, Allen Iverson has decided to retire. There is a lot of gas still left in his tank.  Many believe he will return. We will wait and see.

I’m Back!!!!

After being absent from the baseline for a year I was back at MSG today to photograph the Knicks vs. Boston Celtics.  It was a great game.  Besides it being a great game it felt great to be greeted by so many photographers, security and MSG staff that I have not seen in over a year.  To my surprise, while standing on the baseline before the game Coach Doc Rivers of the Boston Celtics walked up to me and said “Hey!!  What’s going on?”  I wish all coaches were that cool and friendly to the media.   The game was an exciting and competitive game that had 14 lead changes as well as 14 Ties.  Each team scored 38 pts in the paint. In the end Boston defeated New York 107-105. Kevin Garnet hit the game winning shot at the buzzer in OT (see below).

I am in the process of designing my new site.  While in the process of designing I decided to post something, anything.  I grabbed some crayons and took this shot.
